1. Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details, a brief description of the issue, and (if possible) a photo of the item in question. We promise to respond promptly — we know waiting is no one’s favorite sport.
3. Refund Method
Since we operate exclusively on Cash on Delivery, approved refunds will be issued in the form of cash upon return of the product or as a direct cash handover arranged through our delivery partner.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as personalized products or those damaged due to misuse, cannot be returned. If you’ve used a notebook to write your life story and then decided you preferred blue ink — we’re afraid that one’s a keeper.
5. Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm approval and process your refund within 5–7 business days.
6. Exchanges
If you’d like a replacement instead of a refund, simply let us know during your return request. We will arrange for the new item to be sent once the original is returned.
